Payments
Bill a retainer for what a client used each period, in units you count, alongside its fixed fee. Today a retainer can be a fixed fee or a block of hours, and extra hours from time tracking are billed the following period.
Integrations
Keep Xero or QuickBooks as the place your invoices are issued and your books are kept, while the CRM and the client portal show each invoice and its payment status, read-only. Invoices and payments are matched to the customers already in the CRM, so nothing is entered twice. Today the CRM issues invoices and copies them to QuickBooks, and payments recorded there come back.
Quotes
Keep your standard clauses in one place and choose which go on each quote, so a signed quote is a complete agreement. Signing also records the signer's IP address and adds a signing certificate to the PDF. Today a quote is signed by typing or drawing a signature, its terms come from a template or your default terms, and the signed PDF shows who signed and when.
Integrations
Connect Xero and keep it in step with the CRM both ways: contacts, invoices, credit notes, payments, tax rates and payment status. Today QuickBooks Online syncs this way: customers, invoices, payments, credit notes and quotes go to QuickBooks, and payments recorded there come back.

When a saved card is declined, try the charge again on a schedule you set, tell the client before each try, and stop once it is paid or the tries run out. Today a declined charge emails the invoice with a pay link and tells you, and your team can charge the card again by hand.

Collect invoices and retainers by bank debit as well as by card, through your own Stripe account: BECS Direct Debit in Australia, ACH in the US, SEPA in Europe and Bacs in the UK. Your client authorises the mandate once, online. Today clients pay by card, and a card they save is charged automatically for each retainer invoice.
Automation
Today a new opt-in can't land in the pipeline on its own though a contact is created for it. The builder's 26 actions include none that creates a deal, and Update Record only moves a deal that already exists. I would need an agent, a manual step or the API from an outside tool. A Create Deal action (pipeline, stage, value, owner) after Form Submitted or Record Created would make every opt-in show up in the pipeline with no extra tooling.
Funnels
Today every funnel starts from blank pages or from a starting base in the Websites section. Pre-built templates (opt-in, webinar, sales page with checkout, booking), plus the ability to create my own templates and Build with AI/Karrie drafting one the way it now drafts a workflow from a sentence, would get a client funnel live the same day.
Analytics
Touchpoints come from form fills and email opens and clicks, and ABM accounts are typed in by hand. I'd like to see which companies are reading my pricing page, or what a known lead looked at before booking. Company-level identification from the tracking script, plus page views on a contact's timeline, would let lead scoring and ABM run on real behavior.
AI
While you are on a call, cues appear beside the softphone: the question to ask next, answers from your playbooks and battlecards, and replies to objections as they come up. Today calls are recorded after a spoken notice, transcribed and summarised, and a follow-up is drafted after each one.
AI
When you change an agent's draft or turn one down with a reason, the agent proposes a change to its own instructions, tried on its earlier work before and after, for you to accept or roll back. Today an agent's drafts wait for your yes, and you can turn one down with a reason.

Drive and OneDrive attach links to records, the Files tab can't use them as a source, and Dropbox and S3 aren't offered. Every upload counts against platform storage. Pointing a workspace or a client organization at my own storage would keep client files where my clients already own them and cut add-on storage costs.

My Inbox covers email, site chat, SMS, WhatsApp and calls, but the DMs people send my Facebook Page and Instagram account still live in Meta's apps. The lead forms card covers instant-form leads, so this is about conversations only. With DMs in the shared Inbox, I could answer them next to every other channel and have them trigger workflows.

Start a workflow when a WhatsApp message arrives, reply automatically with the AI or with your own rules, and send approved templates to the people who opted in, as campaigns and follow-up sequences. Today a workflow can already send a WhatsApp template, and the inbox drafts replies for you to send.
Funnels
Run two or more versions of a page or a funnel step against each other, with visitors split between them and each version's results side by side. Forms can already be A/B tested.

Sell and deliver courses and members-only content to your customers, with their own member logins, under your brand.

Client portal
Vaults in the client portal: keep files and notes for a client, shared with their whole team or private to the people you choose. Teammates who were not chosen do not see a private vault at all. Add files and notes from the client's record, or put a file from Documents in a vault without copying it. And embedded resources: put a video from YouTube, Vimeo or Loom, a Google Doc, Sheet, Slides or Drive file, or a board from Miro, Figma, Trello, Notion or Airtable on a page of the portal or inside a vault, shown right there instead of behind a link, for every client or the ones you choose.
Lead capture
A card for everyone on your team, built into the CRM. Share it with a QR code, a link, a text, an email, your email signature, a video-call background or an NFC card, with no app for the other person. They save your details in one tap and send theirs back, and they land in the CRM as a lead, with where you met and who met them. Change your details once and every card you have shared is up to date. Team cards in your company look, and for agencies, in each client's.
