Refund Policy

AutomateNexus CRM is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds may be issued for our subscription plans, one-time purchases, and add-ons.
1. Free Trial
All AutomateNexus CRM plans include a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. Because no payment is collected during the trial period, no refund is necessary if you decide not to continue. We encourage all customers to fully evaluate the platform during the trial before subscribing.
2. Monthly Subscription Refunds
2.1 Within 7 Days of First Payment
If you are dissatisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment. This applies only to your initial paid month and is intended for customers who determine the platform is not the right fit after subscribing.
2.2 After 7 Days
After the initial 7-day window, monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. When you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Service for the remainder of your current billing period, but no pro-rated refund will be issued for partial months.
3. Annual Subscription Refunds
3.1 Within 14 Days of Payment
You may request a full refund of your annual subscription within 14 days of payment. This window applies to both initial purchases and annual renewals.
3.2 After 7 Days
After the 7-day window, annual subscription payments are non-refundable. You will retain access to the Service for the remainder of your annual billing period. We recommend using the monthly plan if you are uncertain about a long-term commitment.
4. One-Time Purchases and Add-Ons
One-time purchases (e.g., additional user seats, premium add-ons) are non-refundable once activated and provisioned. If a one-time purchase was made in error and has not yet been activated, contact our billing team within 48 hours for a full refund.
5. Coupons and Discounts
If a coupon or discount was applied to your purchase, any refund issued will reflect the actual amount paid after the discount, not the full list price of the plan.
6. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or charge after cancellation), contact our billing team immediately. We will investigate and issue a full refund for any verified billing errors within 5 business days.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our billing team using one of the following methods:
- Email: billing@automatenexuscrm.com (include your account email and reason for the request).
- In-App Support: Navigate to Settings > Support > Request Refund in your AutomateNexus CRM dashboard.
- Phone: +1 (555) 987-6543 during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm EST).
8. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed through Stripe. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
9. Account Status After Refund
Upon approval of a refund:
- Your subscription will be canceled and access to paid features will be revoked.
- Your data will be retained for 30 days, during which you can export your information or resubscribe.
- After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.
10. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following cases:
- The account was terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
- The refund request is outside the eligible time window without a valid billing error.
- The customer has previously received a refund for the same or a similar subscription period.
11. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Chargebacks incur processing fees and may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving billing disputes quickly and fairly through our support channels.
