1. Start with a free trial

Every plan includes a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. We encourage you to use the trial to make sure AutomateNexus CRM is right for you before you pay anything.

2. Monthly & annual subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of your paid term; we do not pro-rate partial periods.

If you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a renewal you intended to cancel before it occurred — contact us and we will make it right.

3. Founding Member — 30-day money-back guarantee

The one-time Founding Member purchase is backed by an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee. If it is not the best CRM you have used — for any reason, or no reason at all — email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund every penny.

Refunds for Founding Member purchases are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

4. Add-ons & storage

Storage blocks and other add-ons are billed as used and are non-refundable once applied, since they take effect immediately. You can remove add-ons to stop future charges.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact our team from the email associated with your account and include your account details and the charge in question. We aim to respond within one business day.

6. A note on chargebacks

If something has gone wrong with a charge, please reach out first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback. We are genuinely happy to help.
