We started AutomateNexus because CRMs had quietly become data-entry chores. So we built one where AI agents do the work — qualifying, following up, and forecasting — while your team stays focused on the customer in front of them.

01Why we built it

The CRM became the job. We thought that was backwards.

Somewhere along the way, the tool that was supposed to help you sell turned into the thing keeping you from selling. Reps spent their best hours logging calls, updating stages, and copying notes between tabs. The pipeline was only as accurate as the last person who remembered to update it.

We didn't want to build a prettier place to do data entry. We wanted the data entry to disappear. So we designed AutomateNexus around a simple bet: the work a CRM creates should be done by the CRM. Karrie and her seven agents qualify leads, draft follow-ups, keep records clean, and forecast revenue — on their own, around the clock.
