Starter is the whole platform for a small team, not a cut-down tier: $49 a month for 5 users, unlimited contacts and 500 MB of storage, with Karrie and all eight AI agents on it, running on your own AI key or on AI credits. It connects your existing Gmail or Outlook for one-to-one email, and sequences and campaigns send through your own email provider; hosted sending is an optional add-on.

No free tier. The Starter plan has a 7-day free trial with no credit card, then $49 a month for up to 5 users, unlimited contacts and 500 MB of storage. Annual billing saves 20%.
Seats and storage: Growth ($149) has 10 users and 2 GB, Starter 5 users and 500 MB. Everything else is on both: Karrie, the eight agents, white-label, workflows, the API, one-to-one email through your Gmail or Outlook, and sequences and campaigns through your own email provider. Hosted email sending is an add-on on either.
Each plan includes a number of users (5, 10, 25, then unlimited on Agency) and the AI is never charged per seat: it runs on your own AI key, or on AI credits at $5 a month per 5 million tokens. Extra storage is $5 a month per 10 GB block. Upgrades and downgrades are one click and prorated.
