Data Deletion
How to disconnect a social or Google account and have the data we hold from it deleted.
Last updated · October 19, 2026
01Disconnect it in AutomateNexus CRM
Sign in, open Social Scheduler, choose Compose, then Manage. Next to the account, choose Disconnect.
We ask the platform to revoke our access where it offers that, and we delete that account's access tokens at once. From then on nothing is read from it or published to it.
02Or remove our access from the platform
Each platform also lets you remove AutomateNexus CRM's access from its own settings. Once you do, we can no longer read from the account or publish to it, and its tokens stop working.
- Facebook and InstagramFacebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations
- Google and YouTubeYour Google account → Security → Third-party connections
- TikTokTikTok Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions
- LinkedInLinkedIn Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services
- XX Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps
03Ask us to delete what we hold
To have the information we hold from a connected account deleted, email support@automatenexuscrm.com from the address you sign in with, and say which account (for example the Facebook Page or YouTube channel name).
We delete the account's name, id and picture, the comments, mentions and replies we collected for the inbox, and the statistics we collected for reports, within 30 days, and we reply to confirm. Posts you published stay on the platform itself; remove them there if you want them gone.
To delete your whole AutomateNexus CRM account and everything in it, see our Cancellation Policy, or email the same address.
