2Checkout + AutomateNexus CRM
Bookings and store orders paid on a 2Checkout buy link.

2Checkout, wired into your pipeline.
- 01
Bookings and store orders through 2Checkout
When a booking or a store order needs payment, the payer goes to a 2Checkout buy link signed for it.
- 02
Links that last
A buy link stays open for a month, or until a held booking's hold ends.
- 03
Confirmed with 2Checkout
The CRM checks with 2Checkout that the order for this booking or store order was paid before it marks it paid.
Connected in three steps.
- Step 01
Add your 2Checkout keys
Settings → Integrations → Payments → 2Checkout → Set up: your Merchant Code, the Secret Key and the Buy-link Secret Word from your 2Checkout account, and the environment. Both secrets are needed, and both are encrypted when saved.
- Step 02
Make it the default
Paid bookings and store orders open your default processor. With more than one switched on, choose Make default on 2Checkout's card.
- Step 03
Price bookings, or name it on products
Give a booking type a price, with a deposit as a percentage or a set amount if you want one. In the store, a product's Payment Processor can name 2Checkout, and the checkout says which processor is paying.
Built to be left alone.
Your keys, encrypted
Secrets are encrypted when saved and never shown again. Change credentials on 2Checkout's card replaces them.
Checked before it counts
A booking or order is marked paid only after the CRM asks 2Checkout itself, so a stray or repeated notice cannot mark it paid.
Disconnect any time
Disconnecting removes the saved keys, and bookings and store orders stop opening 2Checkout. Payments already taken are not touched.
2Checkout and AutomateNexus CRM, answered.
With your Merchant Code, Secret Key and Buy-link Secret Word, saved under Settings → Integrations → Payments → 2Checkout (the same card is under Finance → Payment Processors). 2Checkout is now part of Verifone; these are the keys in your 2Checkout account.
Paid bookings (the full price or a deposit, with tax when you set a rate) and store orders. Invoices and payment forms are paid through Stripe, which you can connect alongside 2Checkout.
Your refund setting decides: a full refund, half, none, or you decide each time. With a full or half refund set, the CRM tells you the amount for a 2Checkout payment, and you refund it in 2Checkout.
