What you can do

Adyen, wired into your pipeline.

  1. 01

Paid bookings on an Adyen payment link

When a booking needs payment, the guest goes to an Adyen payment link for the booking's price and pays with the methods your Adyen account offers.

  2. 02

    Confirmed with Adyen

When the guest comes back, or when Adyen sends its notification, the CRM checks the link with Adyen and marks the booking paid only when it is completed for the booking's price.

  3. 03

    Each currency in Adyen's units

Amounts follow Adyen's own currency table, so a booking priced in yen, dinars or rupiah charges the right amount.

How it works

Connected in three steps.

  1. Step 01

    Add your Adyen credentials

Settings → Integrations → Payments → Adyen → Set up: an API key and your merchant account from the Adyen Customer Area, and the environment. The API key is encrypted when saved and not shown again.

  2. Step 02

    Try it in test first

Choose the test environment and run a booking through with Adyen's test cards.

  3. Step 03

    Make it the default

Paid bookings open your default processor. With more than one switched on, choose Make default on Adyen's card.

Under the hood

Built to be left alone.

  1. Your keys, encrypted

Secrets are encrypted when saved and never shown again. Change credentials on Adyen's card replaces them.

  2. Checked before it counts

A booking is marked paid only after the CRM asks Adyen itself, so a stray or repeated notice cannot mark it paid.

  3. Disconnect any time

Disconnecting removes the saved keys and paid bookings stop opening Adyen. Payments already taken are not touched.

FAQ

Adyen and AutomateNexus CRM, answered.

With an Adyen API key and your merchant account, saved under Settings → Integrations → Payments → Adyen with the environment set to test or live.

Bookings that need payment: the full price or a deposit, with tax when you set a rate. Invoices, the store and payment forms are paid through Stripe, which you can connect alongside Adyen.

Your refund setting decides: a full refund, half, none, or you decide each time. With a full or half refund set, the CRM tells you the amount for an Adyen payment, and you refund it in Adyen.
