What you can do

Razorpay, wired into your pipeline.

  1. 01

Paid bookings on a Razorpay payment link

When a booking needs payment, the guest goes to a Razorpay payment link made for that booking.

  2. 02

    Confirmed with Razorpay

When the guest comes back, or when Razorpay sends its payment notice, the CRM checks the link with Razorpay and marks the booking paid only when it is paid in full.

  3. 03

    Rupees, or your account's currencies

The booking's price goes to Razorpay in the units it expects, in rupees or another currency your Razorpay account accepts.

How it works

Connected in three steps.

  1. Step 01

    Add your Razorpay keys

Settings → Integrations → Payments → Razorpay → Set up: the Key ID and Key Secret from your Razorpay Dashboard. The secret is encrypted when saved and not shown again, and saving switches Razorpay on.

  2. Step 02

    Make it the default

Paid bookings open your default processor. With more than one switched on, choose Make default on Razorpay's card.

  3. Step 03

    Price your booking types

Give a booking type a price, and a deposit as a percentage or a set amount if you want one. A tax rate goes under Scheduling → Booking → Payments.

Under the hood

Built to be left alone.

  1. Your keys, encrypted

Secrets are encrypted when saved and never shown again. Change credentials on Razorpay's card replaces them.

  2. Checked before it counts

A booking is marked paid only after the CRM asks Razorpay itself, so a stray or repeated notice cannot mark it paid.

  3. Disconnect any time

Disconnecting removes the saved keys and paid bookings stop opening Razorpay. Payments already taken are not touched.

FAQ

Razorpay and AutomateNexus CRM, answered.

With a Key ID and Key Secret from your Razorpay Dashboard, saved under Settings → Integrations → Payments → Razorpay. Test-mode keys work the same way, so try a booking before you swap in live keys.

Bookings that need payment: the full price or a deposit, with tax when you set a rate. Invoices, the store and payment forms are paid through Stripe, which you can connect alongside Razorpay.

Your refund setting decides: a full refund, half, none, or you decide each time. With a full or half refund set, the CRM tells you the amount for a Razorpay payment, and you refund it in Razorpay.
