Wise + AutomateNexus CRM
Bookings and store orders paid by bank transfer to your Wise account.

Wise, wired into your pipeline.
- 01
Bank transfers for bookings and store orders
When a booking or a store order needs payment, the payer sees your Wise account details for the currency, the amount and a short reference, and sends the money from their own bank.
- 02
Matched by itself where Wise allows
For Wise business accounts in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia, a transfer with the right reference and the exact amount marks the booking or order paid by itself, when Wise says money arrived and in a check every 30 minutes.
- 03
One click everywhere else
Elsewhere Wise asks for extra sign-in before it shows a statement, so the CRM tells you what arrived and which booking or order it looks like, and you confirm it with one click.
Connected in three steps.
- Step 01
Add your Wise API token
Settings → Integrations → Payments → Wise → Set up: an API token from your Wise business account, and the environment, sandbox or live. The CRM finds your business profile from the token; name one if you have several. The token is encrypted when saved and not shown again.
- Step 02
Make it the default
Paid bookings and store orders open your default processor. With more than one switched on, choose Make default on Wise's card.
- Step 03
Price bookings, or name it on products
Give a booking type a price, with a deposit as a percentage or a set amount if you want one. In the store, a product's Payment Processor can name Wise, and the checkout says which processor is paying.
Built to be left alone.
Your keys, encrypted
Secrets are encrypted when saved and never shown again. Change credentials on Wise's card replaces them.
Matched to the cent
A transfer counts only with its booking's or order's reference and the exact amount, or when you confirm it yourself.
Disconnect any time
Disconnecting removes the saved keys, and bookings and store orders stop opening Wise. Payments already taken are not touched.

Paid bookings (the full price or a deposit, with tax when you set a rate) and store orders. Invoices and payment forms are paid through Stripe, which you can connect alongside Wise.
Where Wise shows the payer's reference (business accounts in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia), yes. Elsewhere the CRM tells you what arrived and which booking or order it looks like, and you confirm it with one click.
