Inbox drafts read the recent thread and the linked contact or customer; Karrie's follow-ups read the deal's stage, close date, notes and last activities; Record Copilot reads the record's filled fields; social and website drafts follow the brief you type. Nothing is invented: the prompts forbid made-up prices, dates, statistics, testimonials and offers.

Drafts wait for you: inbox replies land in the composer, Karrie's follow-ups and social posts wait in the approval queue, and website pages stay drafts until published. The AI answers on its own only where you switch that on: the phone receptionist, the website Messenger, and text replies on your Twilio numbers.

Your own keys first, under Settings → Integrations → AI providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Mistral, Groq, DeepSeek, Cohere, xAI, OpenRouter and self-hosted Ollama, among others. Without a key of your own, it runs on AI credits you buy from us ($5 a month per 5 million tokens). There is no per-seat AI fee on any plan.

No. Website drafts use stock photos from Unsplash and Pexels rather than generated images, social drafts are text (add an image before publishing to Instagram or TikTok), and the blog module has no AI writer.

There is no brand-voice setting yet. Drafts take their tone from the record, the thread and the instructions you give, and a custom AI agent carries a standing brief with the tone and rules you write for it.
