Connect Google Calendar
Settings → Integrations → Scheduling → Google Calendar → Connect, sign in with Google and allow calendar access. The card shows Connected with the account's email. Connections are personal; each teammate connects their own.

Choose the direction
On Scheduling → Calendar → Integrations, set Two-way sync, Sync Direction (Import Only, Export Only or Bidirectional), Auto-create meetings and Customer matching.

Let it run
The first sync imports the window; then every 15 minutes, or Sync now. Booking pages and the Scheduler agent work from the same synced availability.

Personal OAuth, revocable
Each user authorises their own Google account and can disconnect it from the card. An hourly health check flags a lapsed authorisation with a Reconnect needed badge.
Workspace-aware imports
Administrators choose which workspace imported events belong to, so a multi-client agency keeps each client's meetings where they belong.
Apple Calendar and Cal.com
Their cards store details and show as connected, but the sync engine currently syncs Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar only.

Pull: all your visible calendars
Import always runs, reading every calendar visible to your Google account from 7 days back to 30 days ahead. Updates and cancellations made in Google carry over to the matching CRM meeting.
Push: new CRM meetings, once
When Two-way sync is on with Export Only or Bidirectional, new meetings created in the CRM, including ones the Ops agent schedules, are added to your primary Google Calendar. Later edits to that CRM meeting stay in the CRM.
Switches worth knowing
Auto-create meetings is on by default and imports every event, so switch it off if a calendar carries personal appointments; Customer matching links events to existing customers by attendee email; Sync History lists every run.

Booking pages
Event types from 15 minutes to 4 hours with buffers, Video Call, Phone, In Person or Custom locations, optional prices, group and recurring bookings, and round-robin across a team, all checked against the connected calendar.
Meetings from the calendar view
Scheduling → Calendar shows everything as an agenda or by month, week or day, with Add to calendar (.ics) on each event and Reschedule or cancel on bookings; invitees can do the same from their confirmation link.
Reminders without setup
Confirmation, reminder, cancellation and reschedule emails and SMS go out for every booking automatically, and custom rules add Email or SMS at 15 minutes, 1 hour, 24 hours or 1 week before.

Yes, when Two-way sync is on and the Sync Direction is Bidirectional or Export Only. Import from Google Calendar always runs; the default direction is Import Only until you change it.
