Sandbox Environments Are Not Available#

AutomateNexus CRM does not offer sandbox environments. There is no way to create an isolated copy of your organization, make changes in it, review a diff against production, or promote changes. Every change you save in AutomateNexus CRM applies to your live workspace immediately.

Testing Safely in the Live Workspace#

Several features let you try things out without sending anything or changing customer data:

Workflow dry runs — In the workflow builder (Projects → Workflows), the Test button runs the open workflow against a real record you pick and shows what every step would do without sending or writing anything. Unsaved changes are included, so you can test before you save.
AI agent dry runs — When you give an agent an instruction under AI → AI Agents, switch on Dry run first: every write is simulated. A paused agent always runs as a dry run, and dry-run tasks carry a Dry run badge in the agent's activity.
Stripe test keys — Under Settings → Integrations → Payments, entering Stripe's test keys (pk_test_… and sk_test_…) puts the Stripe card in Test mode, so payment flows can be exercised against Stripe's test environment before you switch to live keys.
WhatsApp Twilio Sandbox — Under Settings → Integrations → Communications → WhatsApp, the Twilio Sandbox mode lets you try WhatsApp messaging today without a Twilio sender approval; each person first sends your sandbox join code to Twilio's sandbox number.
Preview as Client — Administration → Preview as Client opens the client portal the way your clients see it, so you can check portal changes before inviting anyone.
