Welcome to AutomateNexus CRM#
AutomateNexus CRM is a comprehensive, all-in-one customer relationship management platform designed for modern businesses that need to manage contacts, close deals, run projects, automate workflows, and drive revenue growth from a single unified interface. Whether you are a solo entrepreneur, a growing startup, or an established enterprise with multiple organizations, AutomateNexus CRM provides the tools and flexibility to streamline your operations end to end.
This guide provides a thorough introduction to the platform, including what you can accomplish, how to get started quickly, system requirements, and a walkthrough of the navigation structure so you can find every feature with confidence.
Platform Overview#
AutomateNexus CRM goes far beyond traditional contact management. It is built as a full business operating system that combines CRM, project management, financial operations, marketing automation, client portals, AI-powered analytics, and more into a single cohesive application. The platform is organized around the concept of Organizations and Workspaces, allowing teams to isolate data by department, region, or business unit while still maintaining centralized oversight at the organization level.
Key architectural principles of the platform include:
- Multi-tenant architecture — Each organization operates in an isolated data environment, ensuring security and privacy across teams.
- Workspace isolation — Within an organization, workspaces let you segment data (customers, deals, projects) by team or function. You switch between them from the workspace switcher in the header.
- Role-based access — Each member of your organization has a role (User, Manager, Admin or Owner). Administrative screens such as Access, Custom Objects, Employees and the organization sections of Settings are reserved for Admins and Owners.
- Real-time collaboration — Activity feeds, chat, notifications, and shared calendars keep your entire team synchronized.
- AI-powered intelligence — The built-in AI assistant Karrie writes a daily brief, answers questions about your CRM data from the dashboard and the side dock, scores incoming leads, and drafts follow-ups that wait for your approval under AI → Agent Approvals.
Quick-Start Checklist: 10 Steps to Get Productive#
Follow these ten steps to go from first login to a fully operational CRM environment in the shortest time possible:
- Create your account — Sign up at the login page with your email and a password, or continue with Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn. Confirm your email address from the verification email to activate your account.
- Complete the setup wizard — After your first login, the workspace setup wizard walks you through your company details, the modules you use, starter items, data import, integrations, team invitations and your plan. Every step can be skipped and finished later.
- Add your branding — Under Settings → White-label (Admins) set the application name and upload your logo, and under Settings → Organization enter the support email, phone and hours shown to your clients.
- Configure workspaces — Open the workspace switcher in the header and choose Create New Workspace (Admins) to add workspaces for different teams or departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Support). Workspaces isolate data so each team sees only their own customers and deals.
- Invite your team — Go to Administration → Access → Invitations and click Send Invitation to invite colleagues by email as a Team Member with the role User, Manager or Admin.
- Import your contacts and customers — Go to CRM → People to add people one at a time with + Person. To bring in a spreadsheet, use the Data Migration tool (the Import your data step of the setup wizard opens it), which maps the columns of a CSV file onto contacts or customers.
- Create your first deal pipeline — Navigate to CRM → Deals, open Manage pipeline stages to rename, reorder and set a win probability for each stage, and create your first deal linked to a customer.
- Set up your calendar and booking — Connect your calendar under Settings → Integrations → Scheduling, review it under Scheduling → Calendar, and configure your booking pages under Scheduling → Booking.
- Configure integrations — Visit Administration → Integrations to connect third-party services: Communications (voice, SMS, email, file storage, social), Scheduling (calendars and video conferencing), Payments (Stripe and QuickBooks), Automation (lead enrichment and AI providers) and Developer (API keys and webhooks).
- Explore the dashboard — Return to the Dashboard to review your KPI cards (Total Customers, Active Deals, Pipeline Value, Win Rate), Karrie's brief, the Today card, the Deal Activity chart, your financials and recent activity.
